Third Part Inspections

A third party inspection agency shall execute the verification activities with expert judgment, and independent of both the inspected part that the applicant for inspection.
In accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO / IEC 17020 the inspection activities that IIP can play it as a product or material object, processes (whole process or part of it) and services affecting various and diverse sectors.

The inspection consists in checking compliance with the applicable requirements (standards, laws, customer specifications etc.) According to the needs of the requesting client.

During field activities (Headquarters audit, sampling, laboratory testing, verification of documents etc.) Is laid with an audit report that collects all the evidence obtained during the audit process, any sampling carried out, any problems found and it remains to the applicant and, on request, to the parties concerned to the verification process.

In this document follows a comprehensive audit report that summarizes all the results of the activities carried out both on site and in the laboratory and the list of the results of such activities.
IIP Srl to perform independently and competently such attivià became credited by Accredia (National Accreditation Body – www.accredia.it) for the inspection of products, projects, production processes or installation in the sectors of plastics and thermosets and elastomers, according to UNI CEI EN ISO / IEC 17020 (accreditation No. 004E).
Examples of audits of third party can be:

  • verification of compliance with rules, laws or reference specifications on specific production batches regardless of marks of conformity;
  • verification of the adequacy and consistency of the production standards required such as the adequacy of a production process process to ensure continuity with the provisions of any contract;
  • verification of the installation of a product (for example a water or gas transmission line or a frame) is performed according to appropriate standards of good practice or according to specifications established in the contractual phase between the installation company and the awarding;
  • verification of the application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) to manufacturers of plastic products (eg food packaging).

Upon request, the audits may be carried out with a specified frequency over time so as to ensure the customer on continued compliance of the process and the product with the desired parameters.
